We engage a variety of personnel to provide you with support

  • Receptionists for general course, enrolment and administrative enquiries.
  • Careers Advisors for specific enrolment and course enquiries, and support during the course.
  • Data Integrity team for any certificate and/or statement of result enquiries.
  • National Training Operations Manager for specific problems, concerns, course issues or privacy concerns and support.
  • Business Managers in each state for specific problems or concern with course schedules, participation and assessment.

Complaints, grievance and appeals policy

If you feel as though you have been unjustly treated or that a member of our staff, student community or other affiliates have in any way acted in a manner that is beyond our code of conduct then you may seek to have this reviewed and actioned by our administration. Attached below is our complaints, grievance and appeals policy and an editable form.
