Pathway to Employment

Pathway to Employment Programs are designed to support individuals to enter the workforce. Participants receive basic training in various topics to prepare them for entry level roles and support to gain mandatory requirements. They have the option to progress through to accredited training in topics to build intermediate skills or complete a full Certificate III qualification.

The programs are targeted towards new job seekers, people living with disability seeking employment, tertiary students and others seeking flexible casual employment, individuals seeking a career change and those currently working in industry without any formal training.
