Job Confidence Pathway to Employment

This Pre-Employment Job Confidence program provides comprehensive insights into preparing for employment and succeeding in the workplace, including essential information on employability skills, workplace wellbeing, communication, job retention strategies, and the professional behaviours employers are looking for. It is a 5-day face-to-face course and is open to anyone with the required written and spoken English skills. Upon successful completion, students will receive a Statement of Attainment for all accredited training.

About the course

Combining the topics such as essential soft skills, wellbeing, communication and job retention skills, this course is designed for participants preparing for employment, transitioning into work, or building confidence for the workplace.

Participants will develop the knowledge, skills, confidence, and behaviours required to secure employment, succeed in the workplace, maintain positive wellbeing, and work towards long-term career goals.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

It is mandatory for all students undertaking Nationally Recognised Training in Australia to have a  Unique Student Identifier (USI). Students will need their USI  to apply to enrol for training. Visit www.usi.gov.au  for more information.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however students are expected to have or be able to achieve written and spoken English skills to the certificate level of the course, or the ability to develop these skills whilst in training to meet the requirements of the qualification. To allow our trainers to support your learning, students will need to complete a student profile, including language, literacy and numeracy indicators before their enrolment application is accepted.
