SITXFSA001 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety - Food Safety Handler Level 1
iTFE's Food Safety Handler (FSH) course is a must for anyone looking to start work in the hospitality industry. Nationally accredited as SITXFSA001 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety, this course is the most effective entry-level course for basic food hygiene procedures.
Barista Basic / Barista Coffee (Level 1)
iTFE's Barista Basic / Barista Coffee course will have you mastering the basics and some of the crucial theory involved in making the perfect espresso coffee. You'll learn to create six different coffees that are commonly served in cafes around Australia, along with grinding techniques, milk texturing and gaining the essential experience of creating coffees using a professional coffee machine.

Barista Level 1 is based upon the nationally accredited Unit of Competency ‘Prepare and serve espresso coffee’ (SITHFAB204) by the Australian National Training Authority.

iTFE’s Cafe Essentials Program is designed to give students a competitive employment advantage. Participants will finish the program with two certificates of participation.
Course structure
Course is run over 8 hours at iTFE Melbourne training facility.
Requirements
Please note as a part of Health and Safety Standards, ensure that you wear adequate footwear such as closed-in shoes to participate in this course. Participants are required to bring proof of identification documents, such as a passport or driver’s licence on the day of training.
