SIT30222 Certificate III in Travel

This qualification concentrates on in-demand, employable and transferable skills that support success in the travel and tourism industry, including customer engagement, sales and service, communication, problem-solving, digital and booking system proficiency, and professional workplace practices. In addition to these core capabilities, there is a specialised focus on delivering travel advice, arranging travel products and services, and creating positive customer experiences. Entry Requirements

iTFE accepts applications from domestic students. Training and assessment are conducted in English, and some assessment tasks are completed using a computer and the internet. Standard applicants must complete the following to determine suitability:
• Pre-training Review (PTR)
• Literacy and numeracy Quiz and digital capability questions

Application

The course is designed to give you all the skills and knowledge you need to  begin working in a warehouse environment. It provides participants with an  introductory level of knowledge and technical skills in manual handling,  team work, occupational health and safety, receival and dispatch, stocktaking, customer service, product knowledge and handling skills.
