CHC33021 – Certification III Individual Support (DUAL)

Course Overview

• 8 to 12-month program depending on your previous work experience
• This course includes recording 120-hours of assigned workplace activities.
• Workshops: Delivery methods vary depending on employer needs – face to face, virtual or self-directed learning.
• Delivered by industry professionals with current sector experience

Assessments consist of a combination of:

• Online multiple-choice quizzes
• Online short answer questions
• Practical observations
• Reports from workplace supervisor
• Demonstration of tasks in the workplace
• Projects
• Written tasks (eg completing incident reports)

Outcome:

On successful completion of all course requirements, including workshop attendance, assessments and workplace requirements, students will be issued with CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability)

Entry Requirements:

iTFE accepts applications from domestic students. Training and assessment are conducted in English, and some assessment tasks are completed using a computer and the internet.

Applicants must complete the following to determine suitability:

• Pre-training Review (PTR)
• LLND Assessment: This assessment will be completed during the enrolment process.
• Meet all screening and vaccination requirements as set by employer
