Trainer Spotlight: Ritika Soni

Building on her years of personal development and professional growth, Ritika Soni’s path to becoming a trainer with iTFE was a natural next step. With over a decade of experience across the Australian VET sector, Ritika has worked in administration, coordination, management and training, giving her a deep understanding of how quality education can impact lives.

Ritka is a firm believer that ‘education is a tool through which anyone can empower themselves’. She has experience supporting both domestic and international students, embracing diversity and helping learners build confidence as they achieve their goals. This sense of purpose is what drew her to iTFE and continues to inspire her work every day.
