Knox City Council Staff Graduate with Diploma of Leadership and Management Through iTFE

Nine Knox City Council team members have officially graduated with their Diploma of Leadership and Management, after completing their training onsite in Knox through iTFE. The achievement marks another milestone in the ongoing training delivery for Knox City Council, supporting the professional development and skill advancement of local government staff.

Delivered entirely onsite, the program provided participants with practical leadership tools, real‑world management skills and the confidence to lead effectively within their teams. The graduating cohort demonstrated strong commitment throughout the course, balancing workplace responsibilities while completing their nationally recognised qualification.

During the graduation event, participant Leanne Richardson delivered a heartfelt address reflecting on the group’s learning journey and the value of building leadership capability from within. iTFE trainer Ritika, who delivered the program, presented the certificates and acknowledged the hard work and dedication of each graduate.

This Leadership and Management program follows previous training delivered by iTFE to Knox City Council, including Work Health and Safety (WHS) qualifications. With additional Leadership & Management and WHS courses currently underway, these training programs continue to strengthen the capability of council teams and support their ongoing workforce development goals.

iTFE is proud to play a role in helping Knox City Council invest in its people and build strong, skilled leaders for the future.

Congratulations to all nine graduates on this fantastic achievement.
