Course structure

The course is run over 7 consecutive hours at our Melbourne training centres.


SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety or equivalent unit. Participants are required to have their Unique Student Identifier (USI) number and bring proof of identification documents, such as a passport or driver’s licence on the day of training. If you don’t have a USI, please visit to register your details and receive your number.
