NSW Licensee Training
Are you a licensee, approved manager or club secretary in NSW and need mandatory Licensee Training?
As our course is delivered face-to-face, you can get it done in a day.
Our licensee training covers all this:
- Liquor legislation and regulations
- NSW liquor license responsibilities
- Your responsibilities to manage alcohol related harms in your business.
- Best practice strategies to improve your business operations
- Consequences of non-compliance.
On completion of this course you should be able to manage the day-to-day requirements for a compliant licensed venue to the benefit of your staff, customers and the wider community.
The course is mandatory for:
- Current licensees, approved managers, and club secretaries applying for a new liquor license, or transferring of an existing license to another person or premise.
- Existing licensees and approved managers will need to complete the new licensee training in alignment to the renewal of their existing NSW competency card.
This extends to pubs, clubs, hotels, bottle shops, restaurants and cafes.
Note: NSW liquor licensee training is delivered in English and the assessment must be completed by the participant in English.
