The New South Wales Certificate of Registration Course includes training and assessment in the following units of competence;
CPPDSM3019 Communicate with Clients in the Property Industry
CPPDSM4007A Identify Legal & Ethical Requirements of Property Management to complete agency work
CPPDSM4008A Identify Legal & Ethical Requirements of Property Sales to complete agency work
CPPDSM4080A Work in the Real Estate Industry
Students are required to complete a written assessment for each unit.
Upon successful completion of the NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration Course and the assessment tasks for the four units, you will be given a Statement of Attainment listing the accredited and nationally recognised units that you have undertaken.
By completing this training you can work in Property Sales, Property Administration, Finance, as a Letting Agent, Property Business Development, Property Management and more.
The course duration is four days and if required, can be extended.
The cost of the course is $650 and includes all practical, hands-on classroom training, text book and assessment materials.
