Hospitality Essentials

Each year, Brighton Secondary College partner with iTFE and close to 80 College students enrol in our Hospitality Essentials program. 

This program includes four essential hospitality courses: Responsible Service of Alcohol, Food Safety Handler, Barista Coffee and Professional Waiter.

Upon completion, student Antonina MacLachlan (pictured) was offered work experience at the South Melbourne Markets with one of iTFE’s clients, Aptus Seafoods. 

Antonina’s new hospitality skills ensured she was well equipped to work in the busy market environment, and Aptus Seafoods were grateful to have a job-ready student to lend a hand!
