Our comprehensive training course is presented by Melbourne’s leading real estate educators and will give you the qualifications required to become a licensed real estate agent, auctioneer or property manager. During the course, you will learn the essentials of property management and finances, managing agency risk, legislation, sales, establishing and expanding your client base, marketing and auctioning techniques.
Before undertaking this course, participants must have attended and successfully completed a Victorian Real Estate Agent’s Representative training course. iTFE runs the Victorian Real Estate Agent’s Representative Training course monthly.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be awarded the nationally accredited CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate). This qualification is required to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent or Auctioneer.
- 18 weeks classroom training, 1 day per week, 7 hours per day
- Approximately 14 hours per week of additional study, may include: homework and research activities, completion of assessment tasks and skills practice.
