Our management team has over 50 years of combined experience in delivering quality education, that supports and assists students to achieve their career goals.  

Adam Baldock

 

General Manager

Adam is a proven executive with 10 years of consolidated senior executive experience and a demonstrated history of change management, business leadership, operational improvement and organisational efficiency resulting in whole-of-business optimisation and increased profitability. 

Having transferred successfully between the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, Adam is a versatile and talented business leader whose profile combines a strong people and financial acumen with business insight, incisive sales and service expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, productivity and continuous improvement.

Peter Hains

 

National Training Operations Manager

Peter brings a wealth of industry experience to his position as National Training Operations Manager. After starting his career as a teacher in South Australia and then Victoria, Peter has since worked in training and management positions in a variety of industries including hair and beauty, hospitality, telecommunications and the media, and apart from Australia has worked in Norway, Sweden, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Highlights of his career have included being the first GuestPath Master Trainer in Australia for Delaware North, being taken to Buffalo in New York to study and then run a series of training sessions, training hospitality staff for the Australian Open and helping the event to win a number of hospitality awards including an Event Caterers of the Year Award. Most recently, he was Organisational Capability and Training Manager for leading Out of School Hours care provider OSHCLUB.

Kevin Antony

 

Business Manager

Kevin has been involved in the vocational education and training (VET) industry for over 20 years and the emergency management field for over 15 years. Kevin has extensive experience in managing and delivering training to public, private and government organisations, including as Head of Department at the University of Ballarat, Regional Training Manager with the Country Fire Authority and National Trainer and Business Development Manager with Kodak Australasia.

Kevin prides himself on effective consultation and networking within workplaces, to develop a team of people that is sufficiently skilled to be able to work and perform effectively, both locally and internationally, and ensure a safe workplace is maintained.

Kevin’s background in industry, education and emergency services allows him to develop or adapt training courses to meet customer needs and he has successfully managed projects within government institutions and private enterprise

Lisa De Marco

 

Compliance Manager

Lisa is an experienced Compliance Manager with over 15 years in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. She has worked with a wide range of industries including retail, security, hospitality and safety. More recently Lisa has been involved with Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) that have been through multiple mergers so in addition to managing compliance she has also been part of the senior team responsible for change management, operations management and systems management. Lisa has had exposure to compliance with RTO standards for domestic and international students, work health and safety jurisdictional approved training, management systems auditor accredited training and ISO standards for quality, environmental and safety management systems.
